This is a shady company who does not take any responsibility of the products they deliver and the delivery company they use. The CSR's are rude and plain idiots who just cannot understand simple principles of doing business. I'm never going to deal with this company, buyers beware.\r \r This is what happened: The company delivered an order of dining set and bedroom furniture. First, half of chairs had different color gradient than the rest of them. It came in a box and the delivery guys said 'You dont need to check all the stuff at this moment. If you find any issues later, just call customer service and they'll take care of it right away.'. Now the customer service says I was not there what the delivery guys said because I was not there right there!!\r \r Second, the delivery guys were very rough in hauling the stuff and made few dents in wall by banging the furniture. Now the company is not ready to take the responsibility.\r \r One of the biggest jerks around!
