Review content:
Very cold and unfriendly atmosphere, they cater to the professional but if you go in as a regular home owner/do it yourself they act like they don't want your business. Both my wife and I have had to shop here for years because they are the closest lawn mower parts retailer, but not once have either of us left this store without feeling like we were treated rudely! Must be a family owned shop as the people working their are not trying to help the customer and they sure are not afraid of losing their jobs. I find my self driving further and further away to other shops to avoid their attitude!\r
