Please be careful of this unethical business. My car was recently towed from a parking lot on Alton and 14th. My girlfriend went to 7 eleven, I went to the convenience next door, and 20 minutes later, my car is gone. When I called, they said they just towed it because we weren't on the premises. I asked how would you even know what stores we were in. Did you come and ask? They were clearly wrong and simply towed the car to make a $175. Outraged, I saw an officer nearby and when explaining that my car was towed while in the stores in that shopping center, he smirked and said this happens all the time. He suggested to file a complaint with the city to take them to court as they tow cars unjustly all the time. He said that people complain to the Miami police department, and the owners of this business aren't exactly ethical people. Please be careful and make sure to report this to the police if you happen to have this occurrence.
