My fiance and I took a weekend trip to South Beach and parked our car next to our hotel and the lady at the hotel told us as long as your between the 2 white lines before the warning sign your car wont be towed. The hotel told us we had to be downstairs to pay the meter by 8am. We got down there at 7:45am and the car was gone. The hotel and the cab driver told us that Tremont towing tows cars illegally all the time. After paying $215 we finally got our car but the police also gave us a ticket. What really pissed us off was that the car was towed at 6:45am just an hour before we got down there.
