Absolutely disgusted. Everything started off alright. Food was decent enough. I asked a server for some sweet soy sauce, but the server completely forgot. Which was fine, it happens. Then I noticed a server drop her tongs on the floor, pick it back up, and served the food with the same tongs. I did not want to eat anymore dim sum after that. But that was not even the worst of it. My friend found herself biting into a piece of unknown torn hard plastic inside her sesame ball. The plastic was cooked right inside the shell of the dough. (Uploaded a picture of the sesame ball to the gallery) When she informed the manager, he looked at her as though she was crazy and gave an insincere ""I'm sorry."" After he inspected the sesame ball, he removed the item from our bill. When she told him she was not satisfied, he left, yelled at the workers, and never came back. From there, a couple of the servers gave us the dirty looks. When we went to the other manager to complain about the service/food, she gave us attitude. It was only after my friend told her she was a food critic that the lady became polite. The manager asked who the server was that dropped the tongs. When we told her, she said she wasn't surprised it was that server. We ended up only having to pay for half of the bill. The experience was just awful. I don't know about you, but I'd rather not munch on unknown garbage and eat food off the floor.
