Don't trust your property or your family's finances with this company. Lacking honesty and basic business ethics, this firm has no problem extorting your family out of more than a deposit. They also have no problem slandering you to your former neighbors. This is the type of character this company has demonstrated over the course of time we rented through them. During a drought, they attempted to get us to replace the entire lawn. After we left, they found a collection of minor items (most of which had no merit) used to extort nearly $2k -- beyond the deposit. Dishonest, ethically challenged and arrogant. Believe me, its not worth the headache to form a relationship with a company you can't trust to do the right thing.
