Cracker thin crust and Provel cheese can only mean one thing . . .terrific, authentic St. Louis-style pizza. Leo's has been around forever in the Kansas City, sitting up North, quietly serving some of the best St. Louis-style pizza west of the arch. Hubby is from St. Louis and he swears Leo's is it. I can understand why folks not familiar with our own regional pizza style might be confused, even put off by the pizza. It is an acquired taste. However, if you want real St. Louis style-pizza go to Leo's, if you want an authentic NY ""slice"" try the Art of Pizza.
