This is the worst place I have ever lived in my life. Talk about a scam!!! They charge as much as living in a house for some people but others are paying less!!\r

There are rodents and insects from the other neighbors, no one respects the ""rules"" about noise or their kids, constant fights from neighbors and the kids here run around unsupervised, breaking bottles, screaming, throwing things and parking is an utter disaster.\r

The maintenance here is a joke and nothing gets done when you need it, they come in your apartment when they want, sometimes with only 3 or 4 days notice sometimes with none!\r

When you call to complain on the several violations you get treated like you are a bother, and told that basically you're just trying to call on everything and are making things up!\r
\r
Please keep away from this place at all costs! This is an absolute nightmare and it just keeps getting worse!!!
Pros: They are flexible with your rent, near 95 and good about having pets.
Cons: Horrible living spot, neighbors are attrocious, 38th is a noisy street and this place has A LOT of litter
