Businiess name:  Jacob's Shoe Repair

Review content:
I called the shoe store again on Tuesday. This time a gentleman answered the phone. I asked if he was open; he said since he answered the phone clearly he was (this guy's a character..LOL). I explained that I tried to pick up my shoes last Saturday but he was closed. He said it was because of the holiday. (What holiday?) It was only after talking to a friend that I realized he was talking about Rosh Hashana (hope I spelt it right). \r \r Happy ending; I got my shoes back yesterday and they did an excelent job. My average rating has more to do with what I consider bad communciation on their part. They should have put a sign on the door so we knew what was going on. I am happy that after 11 years on Miami Beach, there are still Mom and Pop stores that still thrive. Pros: high quality repair work Cons: closes too early on wekdays
