I haven't been to Chili's in ages much less had a Margarita. My friends wanted to go and so off I went. \r

The restaurant has an open feel and is very clean. It's been remodeled (not sure how long ago) and most of the clutter that was on the walls etc have been removed. They also have a newly designed menu with different selections that I have not seen before. \r

We sat at the bar and got the comp salsa and chips. The salsa was good but it's salty and the chips are pretty damn thin. Best part is you can eat all you want for free as long as you are sitting at the bar. We ordered some Presidente Margaritas and they were damn tasty. I forgot how good Margaritas taste especially with the rim salted , see pic. They serve a sidecar with your drink that doubles as drink shaker/pourer. I was shaking the $hit out of that thing to make my drink icy cold. It was VERY good. \r

After a few Margaritas and a beer, I ordered to go a cheese burger, corn dog, cheese fries, and a rack of ribs one made the original way the other made with Shiner Bock BBQ sauce. \r

All my food came and I was out the door. By the way, the service was excellent too. \r

My kids loved their food; cheese burger, cheese fries, and the corn dog. The ribs were good but I thought they needed more sauce. The server gave me two small containers of each sauce but that was not enough. Overall the ribs were OK, but not my favorite. I was kicking myself because I LOVE the fajitas there and I should have ordered that instead...oh well next time. \r

Corporate food done right. 2 for 1 drinks all day, good service and a kick ass Margarita you can't go wrong here. Remember to tell them Dan Sent you and Stay Hungry!
