Review content:
Do your homework before signing a lease. They will make up damages and steal your security deposit! They assume most people won't take the time and energy to take them to court, but they have several lawsuits against them, for charging exhorbitant fees for damages that they made up. They are completely sleazy crooks, and won't fix anything if you ask them to. They are extremely sneaky crooks and will keep doing it if they think they can get away with it.
