I've been renting apartments for many years and have ALWAYS paid on time and been a good tenant.
These people will charge you for anything and everything when you move out. I left that apartment in such better shape than I got it and I still was charged my entire security deposit to clean up ""random"" things.
Avoid intertown at all costs, unless you're ok with giving them your entire deposit.
Also they are extremely rude over the phone if you have an issue with your apartment.
