After being told about how great the food is by our friend, my husband and I decided to check out Taipei Tokyo. We were greeted warmly by their staff that was very attentive to our needs throughout the night. We were surprised to see what an extensive menu they had and took us a little bit to decided what to order because everything sounded so great. We decided to get some sushi, the L. Hunter's Roll and the Hulk... which were both out of this world as an appetizer, and an entree, the Triple Delight, from the chef's specialties to share as a meal, which was absolutely delicious! There was more than enough food for the two of us and we even took some home.
The previous reviewer is right, this is NOT Leanh's Chinese Restaurant. We've been to the new Leanh's as well and although the food is good, we find their portions to be a bit smaller and price higher than what it used to be before they moved.
Seriously, try Taipei Tokyo whether you like sushi or Chinese food, you won't be disappointed! We weren't... and we'll definitely be back! Keep up the great service and food!
Pros: Delicious food, wonderful staff, beautiful interior!
