This office is horrible! They lost my records and blame everyone else for their mistakes. I am applying for disability and because of the office's unprofessional and disorganization, I dont have those records which will cost me disability.

According to Fl Statutes 64B8-10.002 Medical Records of Physicians Relocating or Terminating Practice; Retention, Disposition, Time Limitations, this office packed up and closed over a weekend because of the Dr's financial problems which is a huge violation of law.
