Review content:
BEWARE! Bait and switch sell practices, Bad business ethics, and shady salesmen. Don't be scammed by this company like I was. I wish there was a negative star rating.
Needed a custom sized powered recliner after back surgery. Spent 2 hours measuring for correct fit and selecting a nice leather. Cost over $2300 delivered, for one chair! The so called 'leather' was vinyl like and cheap looking, nothing like the soft store sample we agreed upon.
Complained and got no where with the 'now rude' 'commission' salesman or the 'now rude' store management. Forget the BBB, they take your complaint and do nothing for the customer. BBB seems to be 'bought and paid for', by the shady businesses that pay for the BBB logo.
Have owned this useless wrong fitting recliner for over three years, and have sat in it less than 3 hours total. Seat too high and too long. Back seat cushion like a leaking air bag with zero support. I'm convinced the chair was built for someone else much taller than me. Had a relative taller than me test it during a football game on TV, and after 30 minutes, he moved to a dining room chair saying it was more comfortable. My Dog won't even lay in it.
The good reviews here must be from the salesmen at the stores.
