Review content:
Contracted to install new electrical service from the panel throughout the rest of the house. Rough was not initially competed according to City of Aurora electrical code and corrections needed to be completed. After receiving a substantial payment equally 80% of the contracted amount, which was sufficient to pay all monies earned to date and purchase all materials for the completion of the job, stopped answering the telephone, voice mail, email and text messages when it was time to complete the installation. Even though they were under contract to complete the job they refused and continue to refuse to do so even resorting to hiring an attorney to threaten me with litigation if I tried to file suit against them to complete the contract! I will be bringing civil action against Tim Segneri for any additional amounts I have to pay to another electrician for the materials and labor costs to finish the work that Tim Segneri aka Rite Now Electric contracted to perform.
