Review content:
I started sending out emails for information and Ernie the Internet guy at Bell and Howard got back to me right away. We spoke on the phone and he suggested that I visit the dealership and drive the CRUZE. I drove the car and liked it but when he asked me if I was ready to buy I told him this was my first new car purchase and I wanted to shop around. Suprizingly, he was very gracious asked me if I had any more questions and I walked out of the dalership with no pressure from anyone asking me to buy now. When I decided the CRUZE was the car I wanted I emailed Ernie again and he told me that no matter what prices I had he was sure we could come to an agreement and we did. I was afraid of the experience but it was easy and pleasant. Everyone there was friendly and I felt a little like family after I left. I haven't needed to service the car yet but I was introduced to the service people and they seemed very nice.
