I purchased Goupon for the Holiday family photos. First, I had bad impression about it because all groupon user appointments on the weekdays only!!! my husband and I had to take half day off. The photos were taken 3 months ago, and I was told would got an email within 10 days for on-line viewing. 2 weeks later, I didn't heard from them. After couple emails and phone calls, finally got the response one month later. Then, after we picked the photos, it's been another 2 months already. Still no news...... I tried sent couple emails and also made couple phone calls(always answer machine), NO response at all.....The holiday season is coming soon. wish at least our family photo holiday cards will arrive before the x'ams,,,,,,
