My car was towed from a parking lot an hour before I came to pick it up. When I called immediately after they would not give me the location of my car or let me pick it up because it was a sunday and they were closed (even though they were towing vehicles?) Not only would they not tell me where MY CAR was being held, they were some of the rudest and most inconsiderate people I have ever spoken to. I was charged $300 for being towed from a Subway Parking lot...and an extra $50 for the day that I was not ""allowed"" to pick up my car. How convienent for them! \r \r \r They are the biggest rip off, I don't know how they call themselves a business charging customers not only an arm and a leg but treating them like garbage at the same time. They are just out to make a buck and gouge people for as much money as possible with out an ounce of ethics or common sense.\r \r Call DicksTowing, much better customer service and extremely reasonable prices!\r \r \r NOT TO MENTION: They only let you pay in cash, no checks or credit cards which to me means something shady is going on!! Cons: Complete rip off
