Review content:
Oak Creek is consisted of Family Members. They accept cash for rent and they are truely the WORST pest infected apartments you could choose to live in. They have squirrels living in your ceiling, rodents running around your house. They are not trying to do anything about it. They tell us to lay down traps and let them play until they die on the trap. It's ridiculous. The maintanence man (who is the property manager's husband) isn't a very good one. He's so busy being noisy that he can't do his job. We have had several complaints since we moved in and still nothing has gotten fixed. There's a hole still in under our kitchen cabinet, other apartments have holes in the wall where pests frequently come in and out. They expect us to fix these things and pay rent. Now if I'm renting...you are fixing. I have filed a complaint with Better Business on them and contact the news about the 200.00 tow fee you have to pay when they do tow your car...oh and they give you a 25 discount if they towed it accidently. LOL They allow family members to run things and treat them differenly because they are kin. For over 30 apartments, we only have 5 visitor parking spaces, but its funny that none of their friends and family members get towed. They are nasty, disrespectful, and just down right terrible landlords.
