Apparently this place got a new owner. He is a coward in my opinion. He makes all his employees at the store take care of his mess. He won't talk to you face to face when he knows he screwed up. Most of his employees don't even like him. They all want to quit or get fired. Is this the service you want? Go ahead and buy from Lett's Bridal.
