BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! I am very unhappy with this company! I have lived in my house for 3 years and started to experience back up problems in my downstairs bathroom. i found this company online and called for an appt.They came to service my cesspool in April 2012 and I started having back up problems in September 2012. I called a plumber thinking that something was stuck in the pipes causing the back up problems and they told me that the pipes were clear. The plumber walked to the front of the house & told me my cesspool was full!! I was enraged! The plumber charged me the same amount it would have cost to service the cesspool! I called Affordable Cesspool & finally got in touch with the owner a day later. He told me that I may have a 2 nd cesspool that needs to be emptied. One of his employees came & said we don't have a 2nd cesspool and that I need to service the same cesspool! I explained to him that I lived here for 3 years without needing any service and I paid for everything they recommended such as chemicals, jetting and aeration. The owner did not want to talk to me and the employee said there was nothing they can do. I explained to him that I felt scammed! All of my neighbors and the plumber agree that we were scammed!
