I never saw a manager around to talk to, so this is how our experience went.. My wife ordered rib eye-medium rare. I ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger-medium. My son ordered the mini hamburger. I know that we were one of the only people in the restaurant and so I thought the meal would be out fairly quickly, nope. We waited for quite awhile again! My son was so hungry and he was getting tired of waiting, as were we. We were so glad to see our food, but when we started eating, it was not good at all. My wife?s prime rib was too well done. She wasn?t going to say anything, as she didn?t want me to address this, but I chose to ask the rib eye to be re-cooked. The second time it came out it ?didn?t taste good and had way too much garlic,? she said. I asked her about her French onion soup (which I have always asked the question, ?Everyone makes a decent French onion soup, how can you mess it up??) I was wrong. My wife normally loves French onion, but not this one. She always finishes her French onion soup and when she didn?t, that is why I was asking her what was wrong. I tried it too, and yes, it was not good! My son ordered curly fries and they were hard and seemed stale. I want to be honest and say that we all left the restaurant very dissatisfied and unhappy. The hamburgers are priced like a great hamburger should be, but they are nowhere near the quality they need to be. My son?s hamburger was the same quality of meat and yet I got charged $7.99 for my burger that is comparable with a fast food burger. ?Why eat at Paddy O?Quigley?s, when I can eat at _ _ _ _ for the same price and the food is so much better?? This meal was not acceptable and we will never return to this Paddy O'Quigley's ever again. After talking to the management, it is obvious he doesn't care and he doesn't have much power there. So my question to the owner is-""Why do you have a manager if they can't make decisions?"" Don't get the food! Pros: Lots of TVS, great tradition that Paddy's has, unfortunate for this establishment Cons: Terrible food! Poor management
