Review content:
They use good people to perform the move, but the office is so incompetent that you should never use this company. FIRST: The company overbooked my pickup date to make it impossible for the movers to complete all the jobs. I ended up being pushed back to the next day. SECOND: Although on the contract it showed that the job included moving a piano into a second floor destination, the office sent people who are not experts (or even authorized) to move pianos. Convinced they could not get the piano up the stairs, they left the job uncompleted by leaving the piano outside in the elements. THIRD: Naturally, I wished to get Julian's to solve the problem of the piano since it was their responsibility. Unfortunately the office seemed uninterested in helping. From day to day they provided promises and rescinded them, at one time trying to claim that this was not their fault, and wanting me to pay the new movers and send them the bill so that I could be reimbursed an unspecified amount. Eventually fed up with dealing with them, I got real movers to come move the piano upstairs.
