Be very clear when speaking to Jesse, and try to get a estimate in writing. He will not answer direct question. Jesse is a poor communicator. he left a hostile ""rant"" on my voicemail because I asked him ""How much do I owe you to this point?""...he accused me of trying to get out of the job, etc...he did call back and apologized, but that apology was short lived when we asked for the invoice on the basalt rocks we ordered, he charged us $2000 for delivery of 26 tons. When all three quarries we called said the rock and delivery could be had for approx $1000. He complained about standing in the rain with us when we were discussing our rockery job...
