Ralph Scibelli is the reason I went to Salon Mingle, NY. I travel from New Haven, Connecticut to see Ralph and as far as I am concerned I would travel anywhere to have him do my color. He gives you his undivided attention, takes time to really study your hair and comes up with a color like no other. He not only colors and highlights? he carefully paints in low lights with an artist brush. Therefore, you leave the salon with the most natural color ever. He is a true artist. Thank you, Ralph. You are the BEST!
