Review content:
This facility is a disgrace to our ""Public Service"" system. I called to inquire about their services. These cretins don't speak a word of the Queen's English. Details: I called and was kept on hold for 40 minutesonly to be told by some rude woman with a heavy latino accent (a Lolita Feraro or something) that I would have to call back in an hour or more to speak with an ""English speaking Public Service Worker"". I've paid over years and YEARS worth of taxes into the system (State of California). It is now obvious to me that this State is hiring illegal aliens and/or foreign nationals to work at our public service offices. I say this because in order to become a U.S. citizen one must speak a minimum amount of English. These desk-monkeys could not speak one coherent word of our national language. Shame on the State of California and its ""government"". It's clear that the folks in Arizona have it right. Sadly, it's probably too late for Americans in California.
