I took my Golden Retriever to this office (my regular vet is in the Otay Ranch Town Center by the dog park). I went here because my vet was booked and my Golden had an infection and needed antibiotics. I took my 2 boys (5 and 7 yrs). The woman vet (not worth mentioning her name - she probably got her vet license at Walmart or had it forged in TJ) was the rudest most unprofessional Vet I have ever encountered. My 5 yr old was swinging his legs (lightly) and was accidently tapping her leg. She turned and told him he was\r
the ""rudest boy she's met"" then proceeded to tell me she doesn't like kids and she's not a pediatrician and became argumentative. I left and told her I wouldn't trust her with my dog. She is COLD and her people skills and unprofessionalism was horrific. My regular vet is amazing I should of waited. She should be out of business soon, she has no tact. I'll be sure to let all my friends and coworkers know about her. She should go into a profession that doesn't deal with animals or people. I wouldn't be surprised if she mistreats animals once the owners drop them off. She's a disgusting human being. \r

She also wanted to put my dog under just to shave his neck for ""hot spots"" and clean it. My regular vet has never had to do that for my other dogs. She obviously doesn't care about animals, he's an older dog and to put him under would be a risk . All she wants is the money. I came home, shaved his neck with no problem and cleaned it. He's now on antibiotics and looking good. She's worthless!!!!!!!!!!!!\r
