After reading this review I feel I must let people know that I have been a long time client of Dr. Bischel and happened to be at the clinic the same day this woman was. I would like it known that what I witnessed was far different than what she states. I could never forget that loud woman who caused a scene with her out of control children kicking the walls from inside the exam room. I , as well as other clients that were there all breathed a sigh of relief when this woman finally left. Being a business owner myself, I would’ve asked someone like that to leave immediately and not had the patience Dr. Bischel obviously had to even try and do an exam while kids are screaming and running around. I have 3 boys of my own and that type of behavior is unacceptable.
So I just had to say something so people know the other side of that story. I want you all to know that Eastlake Village Veterinary Clinic is a great clinic and Dr. Bischel has always taken great care of my 4 legged family members she has never been anything other than kind, respectful and very professional.
