Absolutely WORST Vet I have ever been to. The wait time has always been at least 45 mins to an HOUR past the scheduled appointment time, but the place was convenient and I had been taking my kitties there since they were little so I put up with it. This last time was the final straw. The valley girl receptionist told me I could drop the cats off and leave them there for an hour. I show up 15 minutes early and they inform me that I can't do this, that I needed to pay 15 bucks per animal to ""board"" them, and that this would extend the amount of time I would have to wait to almost 3 HOURS! I informed the receptionist that this was not what I had been told over the phone. She scowled at me and disappeared into the back for 10 minutes. She came back up and told me I was out of luck. So I told them fine, I would wait there despite having made plans to have lunch with a friend who was only in town that afternoon. The doctor finally comes in and is immediately hostile after asking me how I was. I obviously responded ""not too happy with the service today."" She then proceeded to tell me I ""Needed Help!!"" and that I was a horrible person and that it was people like me that made her only get along with animals. Classic. It's obvious why this woman only gets along with animals, because she has ZERO customer service or people skills. After telling her to examine my animals and get the visit over with, she continued to be combative and manhandled my cat. Despite this horrible service I still paid the almost 200.00 for the damn visit, while she was in the back room talking to her staff about what an ""a**hole"" I was. HORRIBLE. Stay away at all costs.
