My experience was awesome. Conveniently, on June 1 in Redding, when it was 106 that day, at 3 o'clock in the morning, my air conditioning stopped working. I woke up and my dogs were panting inside my house :( I felt like a horrible dog owner!!! So later I get up and check the thermostat and it has the Air Expert's phone number on it. So I called him, and he didn't answer (granted it's like 5 in the morning...not kidding). I left a voicemail, and went on to call about 12 other places in the Redding area. A few answered, a few has answering services, but when I finally talked to a tech at another company he said it would be $120 for the service call and up to $900 for the probable part!!!! My heart sank, but I scheduled him anyway. Then, the Air Expert called me back (by like 6:45 in the morning!!! great timing!!!) and told me it would be HALF of what the other guy charged me for the service call, and more than half for the part!! Better yet, he said he could be at my house by 8 in the morning. It's now 8:46, and he is gone. My house is cool. And I paid less than half of what another company was going to charge me. He also made some great recommendations for routine stuff I should do, and gave me realistic expectations about my current system. I am a HAPPY CAMPER! THANK YOU AIR EXPERTS!!!!
