Review content:
I booked my appointment online, upon my arrival after a three hour drive, I asked if I had the right paper work he assured me it was fine, found my name on the list and told me what row to park in.\r
\r
Upon my return, due to someone taking my luggage and a level 5 thunderstorm, I was detained another 3 hours. I called Park n Fly to advise them of my delay and they assured me that due to the fact it was not my fault, I need not worry. \r
Long story short, not only did they keep the sixteen dollars I paid in advance, but they also charged me 25.50. Oh and they made me wait another thirty mins, which threw me into another day charge. The man there was very rude, condisending and arrogant. After he talked down to me several times, and acted as if I were stupid, and talked to me in such a way, I told him ""Not to be a smart butt"" It wasn't until then he backed off. In the end, in order to leave I had to shell out an additional 25.50 which was not fair or just. It was stealing. I love the drivers that they employee they are all courteous, and friendly, but the man that worked on June 25th 2007. WAS RUDE, and a impolite individual, in front of my daughter. If I do not recoop some of the money this disaster cost me, I will not do business with them anymore.\r
