My 9 year old son started seeing Katy after he completed his treaments for a brain tumor. With her assistance, his strength and endurance have improved drastically. She knows when to push him and when he needs a rest. I highly recommend empower for anyone needing personal assistance as well as advice on nutrition. Although Katy is our trainer, the other trainers appear well trained and attentative as well, speaking to my son by name each time.
