I came to Empower because my sister said that she had found a great trainer named Katy and she kept going on and on about how good Katy is and how much Katy has helped her.....so I had to try it for myself. Katy is absolutely wonderful. She has helped me feel comfortable with getting back into exercising and makes me feel like I can accomplish anything!!!!!!!\r
