Review content:
We have been with Hicks Landscaping for only a couple of months and the entire time has been a pain trying to get them to understand what we want. Now they tell us they are mainly a commercial company? I guess businesses don't mind plants being killed, weeds growing and never being told anything. When we try to keep in touch by email (the method they recommended since talking to their Hispanic workers doesn't always get the message back to the office), they get upset and find that we are too bothersome. These people may know grass and they can do it fast, but don't try to get anything else. And if you hire them for grass, be prepared for them to show up any time, no regular schedule and often at seven in the morning.
