Fiesta Grill is amazing! From specialty burritos to fajitas to the typical taco & enchilada, I have not found a better Mexican restaurant in NC. Originally from California, I had heard that Mexican food on the east coast wasn't anything to write home about. That was until I went to Fiesta Grill. Their staff is friendly and while the restaurant is sort of small, it is always worth the wait. (And, make sure to save room for the deep fried ice cream for dessert!)
