Great value. The grounds are kept pretty clean. The Manager/ maintenance staff are there daily and are quick to resolve any issues that may arise. There is a laundry room in every building. Its very secure. You need a key just to enter the building. A must see to appreciate. Some of the best 1 Br apartments in the area.
