This and Regal their sister store has got to be the absolute worse stores in all of Devon. I went there for all of my bridesmaids petticoats and jewelry and they not only ripped me off, they sold 2 of the 10 Petticoats I put a special order in for stating I only ordered 8 when the recepit clearly stated 10. I was stuck having to tailor 2 petticoats and they charged me triple and a half of what a ready made petticoat would have been. And the jewelry I put a special order in for wasnt anything like what I originally wanted. Stay away from Jose in particular. The worst customer service and I would NEVER go back. GO to Sahil next door instead, and although you will pay a little more, at least their store is organized and they follow through with what they say.
