Review content:
I rate this community a 10, for the beauty, convienence of location, the beautiful homes, and great people. I lived there for 2 years as did my parents until their death. The homes and yards are kept immaculate. The people are wonderful and made my husband feel right at home. They have a wonderful clubhouse and activities for one and all. there is one drawback but they have seemed to correct this problem in a timely manner. A gentlemen in his 40's that lives there, was arrested and pleaded guilty to 2 felonies of possession of a controlled substance I am not able to mention on this review , possession of cannabis. the ruling and verdict by the court allowed the park managers to evict him and keep the people of this great community safe. I have checked out the public records and my statement is true to fact. I would move back to this community. I have an aunt still living there and feel at home when i visit.
