Review content:
Craigslist ad and ad in Sunday paper(SEE AD below) said $3000/month. So we took the day and saw the place and was very please. Excited we got the paper work filled out and contacted Waikiki Realty 2, and said we are interested and wanted to know that it was still available before we took the next steps.
So Waikiki Realty 2 told me they would get back to me that is was still available.
Hours later she called and said it was, and to go ahead with the paper work.
An hour after that, she called back and said:
Steve, I have to tell you the that price of the property has gone up, from $3000 to $3500. Told me that the current renters were friends of the owners, and they had a special price. Not believing her, I called the current renters and asked if she knew the owners and they said, NO never spoke to them.
So Waikiki Realty 2, straight lied to me and increased the property just to make more money.
And when I asked them why wouldn't they work with us, and honor the original price, she said, no steve, we still have a lot of time to fill the space...

The settlement I am asking for is for them to operate business with more class. I would appreciate and apology and admit they were wrong for doing this.
