I don't even understand how this office is open for business. I wanted to get some prescriptions renewed and spoke with 3 different girls in the office (all incompetent) - Lissette, Sarah & Alex, I never got a call back from any. I spoke with Lissette who said she would call back and didn't, when I called back to speak with her, I spoke with Sarah who wanted to leave a message for Lissett rather than help me. Then, Sarah said she would call me back - she said that I could pick up my prescription if I had seen the Dr. 3 months ago, she never called me back to verify the prescription was ready. Then I spoke with Alex who said I had to have seen the Dr. a month ago. I informed her of the horrible experience that I was having with all of the girls in the front and she said ""thats too bad"", when I said I would never go back to their office, she said ""ok""....the WORST office EVER!!!! Poor, Dr. she will lose all of her business from the lack of professionalism at her front desk. My husband and friend also had a bad experience and neither of us will be returning.
