Review content:
We had planned to dine at Limoncello after our beach wedding based on a good experience about 18 months ago. Although there was hardly anyone in the restaurant the service was ridiculously slow and the food was horrible. I ordered the veal parmesan and received a couple of paper thin patties with a half slice of cheese on them and no sauce. The side dish was spaghetti noddles that hardly had any sauce on them either and it was as if they were left over from the day before. My new wife had lasagna that looked and tasted burnt as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a week. This was hands down the worst dining experience we had of the 14 dinners we shared together over the course of our honeymoon. The cost was roughly twice the cost of most of our other dining experiences, several of which were Italian dinners. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. There are many better alternatives for Italian cuisine in the area. Thanks Limoncello for ruining our wedding day dinner!
Pros: ambiance
Cons: everything else
