As a regular local customer, and strong supporter of this establishment during the quieter summer months (where we spent hours sitting with the owner), I'm saddened to report that the arrogance of the evening management during the busy months in Florida has now ruined what was otherwise a great food experience. Expect your reservation time to be ignored, larger "walk-in's" to be given available tables, and for the floor manager to completely disregard your grievances, tell you "what do you want me to do", shrug his shoulders and walk off when you try to explain (as a concerned local) what is happening. It is no longer worth it.
