Review content:
I moved here originally because it was a good area, the rooms were nice and big, and the staff was super friendly. Now I can't wait to move out!!!! We have had non-stop problems with the staff, they are different each time I have to stop in the office. Maintenance doesn't fix anything properly. I have had constant problems with the a/c, it will work for a few days then it goes out when it's hottest and office says we'd be lucky if they make it in today or they will fix it tomorrow. It would be tolerable to not have a/c that we are paying for if the pool was open, but they have yet to open the pool with this heat and we are well into June. When we signed the lease they paid for water. Six months into our lease they tape a note to our door saying we are now required to pay $53 dollars for water a month. All the neighbors in my building have agreed that when the lease is up they are moving, and one of them has been here for over 10 years. The gym is crap, the laundry room is expensive, no one uses tennis courts because kids all over it. Kids are always on basketball court. Play ground unkempt. Do yourself a favor and DON'T MOVE HERE! .
