I took my car in to Tuffy located on Cleveland Ave and Schrock Rd for a overheating problem and got it back with a missing exhaust problem then to top it all off the problem I had originally took the car in to have fixed wasn't fixed so I paid $228.37 for NOTHING!!! I got my car out of the shop on a wednesday and had to take it back on a saturday for them to tell me that it would cost another $1800.00 to correct a problem that i was assured was fixed whe i picked my vehicle up. Now don't get me wrong the manager was very understanding with me and explained the entire process and situation to me but the employee who apprantly fixed my car was not the same way, when i asked what happened to my exhaust I recvd three different stories about how they didn't know, he wasn't there, and then the best one was when he drove it around it didn't sound like that. so needless to say I still don't what in the world happened to my ehaust. So in the end what i thought was going to be a simple fix to my overheating problem turned into a diaster and ended with me having no car at all. I would not recommend this auto repair service to anyone the only thing I would recommend is the manager Mike.
