I've been using Offsite Backup Solutions to backup my business server for about 3 years now.
It was nice knowing my files were backed up automatically everyday. But what really mattered was when I actually needed my files due to data loss. I have restored deleted files, lost files, and files that were changed or affected by viruses many times over the past 3 years.
There was one occasion we needed support after hours, I think it was about 1am. We submitted a ticket on their e-support website and they called us back within 20 minutes. They were able to help us get up and running within a few minutes.
I highly recommend Offsite Backup Solutions to all my colleagues and friends.
