Review content:
During the negotiation of the purchase of a vehicle, the agreed upon price was $1000. The windshield was marked $995. I offered $500 down and in-house financing. They agreed to the offer. They requested the down payment, so I gave them my debit card. They debited $515.00. The extra $15 was for their 3% fees. I have no problem with that. They then brought the papers to me. I saw they had my address incorrect, and they had changed the agreed upon price to $2000. I did not agree with this. They then offered several counter offers, every time wanting me to pay more than $1000 for the car, and added extra fees. I then requested my $515.00 to be refunded. They said the guy who knows how to do that was helping another customer. So I waited for 45 minutes. I then asked them to refund it immediately. They refused and said I would need to wait 3 days for a check. I instructed them the simple steps to refund my money. They again refused. I got upset and insisted firmly they refund my money. They then told me, ""You are 86ed from this property. You are now trespassing. Leave now. We have called the police."" They did not call the police. I did. They told the officer they did not know how to refund the money, and promised the money would be refunded Monday, July 19, 2010. We got the officer's name, and left the area.
