Review content:
The chain markets individual responsive care for infants and charges $2K a month for full time infant care. However, there is absolutely no individual care for the poor littel babies because they have 1 care provider for 4 young infants, the minimum state requirement. The care takers only have time to do the very basic, feeding and diapering. If your baby is crying, no luck to get picked up and comforted at all. For $2K a month, you would be better off hiring a nanny. Also, the quality of the care takers is questionable. Some don't even make effort to hold a crying baby when she is not feeding or diapering another. Teething toys are not frequently washed and some staff walk into the infant room with their outdoor shoes on while its policy is to have all shoes off. A big scam!! Charging big bucks to prey on parents' volnerability!
