Dropped my EVO 4G off to have the USB port repaired. Took them a few days and it worked for about half a day. No big deal and understandable. Took it back and they said they would try to repair it again. After the 2nd repair it work for about a day.
They have a 30 day guarantee on repairs and a money back guarantee if they can't fix it. So after giving them 2 chances to fix my phone and them failing each time I asked for my $50 dollars back. Helen, the owner, refused to refund my money. Finally she said she would refund my money back only if I left the phone for a few more days back so they coipd remove my USB charging port from the phone and then give it back to me with a missing USB port.
I will never do business here again. Research some reviews of the place and you will see other similar experiences. I should have researches the place before doing business here.
