I JUST placed an order from Shun Lee Palace this afternoon and the delivery service was TERRIBLE. I received a call from the delivery person stating they were in the lobby of my building. When I got there, he was nowhere to be found. I asked every single delivery person in the lobby if they were from Shun Lee and they all said ""no."" So, I went back to my office on the 35th floor. As soon as I get to my desk, I find 4 voicemails from the delivery person. I make my way back downstairs and lo and behold AGAIN he is nowhere to be found. When I ask the security desk if they have seen this ""mysterious"" Shun Lee delivery person, they say ""no."" AGAIN, I make my way back upstairs. At this point, I am extremely aggravated. I call the restaurant to inform them of the situation and they angrily tell me that it is my fault I missed the delivery. Apparently the delivery person was waiting for 15 minutes and I never showed up. How could that possible be when I went downstairs after receiving the first phone call and then again after receiving his voicemails?! They refused to cancel my order and insisted that I go back down to the lobby because the delivery person would be back in five minutes. As if the situation wasn't bad enough, when I finally met the ""phantom"" delivery person he was EXTREMELY RUDE. He pretty much GLARED at me during the entire transaction and then took the liberty of tipping himself with MY money! At this point, I was so angry I just wanted to walk away...with or without my money. I will NEVER order from Shun Lee Palace AGAIN!
